Thank you for your support! We ask that during this time ALL ITEMS COMING TO US, be washed, pressed, and wiped down, RUBBING ALCOHOL IS WHAT WE USE ON SHOES, TOYS, and BOOKS. (EVEN IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE SO, PLEASE DO SO AGAIN :) ) Please limit your clothing items (tops, bottoms, dresses etc.) to your best items. By doing so, this will help us to expedite web sales. All consignments are by appointment. We accept seasonal newborn through young adult designer and brand name clothes in excellent condition, shoes and accessories in new or “like new” condition. Items that were purchased within three years are preferred, including items still with tags on them that you forgot to return!
Sorry, clothing that has been handed down or has gone through more than one child is generally not suitable for consignment –especially because of stains, fading or pilling -- but hey, at least you got a lot of use out of it!
All items brought to us for consignment should be "Ready To Sell" (RTS)...meaning, able to go right onto the showroom floor. "Ready To Sell" clothing is freshly laundered and pressed with no excessive wrinkling, animal furs/hairs, odors, etc. Remember: If you wouldn’t buy it in its current condition, our customers probably won’t either. If clothes have been packed away since last season -- even clean -- please launder them again before bringing them in. Try fabric softener sheets, your clothes will smell perfect! & PLEASE double check your whites!!
Shoes should not have scuff-marks or any major sign of wear. Equipment should have working batteries and bulbs. Please be selective and bring us your most exceptional “like new” pieces.
Please bring items neatly laid flat in a 16-gallon plastic storage bin (the lid must close) or hung inside a garment bag. Sorry, plastic bags are NOT acceptable. One bin or two garment bags can be dropped off per consigner.

Note: Shoes are seasonal too; keep this in mind when choosing shoes to bring in. Remember shoes must be exceptionally clean and complete with shoestrings.
Helpful Consigning Tips:
Although it is difficult to list everything that is not desirable, we will give you some helpful hints so that you don’t bring in items that may be rejected. Select your most desirable and bring them in. This will save you and our team time! We’re hopeful that these tips will help you when determining which items you consign with us!
NOTE: Please check REGULATIONS and RECALLS before consigning baby equipment, furniture, and toys. Check the manual or manufacturer for more details. All items must be completely assembled.
Accepted year round:
If Items are sold within the 90-day selling period, you will receive 50% of the purchase price, after fees. There will be an initial setup charge of $10 deducted from the first consignment check. An annual $10 consignment fee will be charged thereafter. Two Trolls reserves the right to add a nominal handling price to each item that is not shared with you the consigner. Two Trolls may opt to buy items from your consignment. All items MUST BE PICKED UP within 7 days of the consignment contract end-period. If items are not picked up during that time period, we consider those items abandoned and will opt to sell or donate items to local, at-risk families as we see fit. If you chose to drop and go, any items not picked up within one business day of calling may be donated without further notice. At the end of the calendar year, you may request a list of donated items for tax purposes. Your 90-day consignment period begins when your items go on the sales floor. Two Troll may discount items as necessary during the consignment period.
Collecting Your Money
You are responsible for checking on your account. We recommend you wait at least 60 days after your appointment to give your items a chance to sell. We pay by check or store credit. Checks should be requested by the 25th of the month for pickup on the 1st of the following month.
Two Trolls assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to the listed merchandise by theft, accident, fire, water damage, or any other cause.
OUR DONATION POLICY
Our #1 priority is to sell your clothes, we DO NOT contact you when your consignment period ends. You are responsible for tracking and collecting any items you do not want to be donated. We reserve the right to discount or donate at any time any damaged or out-of-season items without notifying you first. At the end of the calendar year, you may request a list of donated items for tax purposes.
• New Account Fee: $10 (all new accounts), $10 annual consigner fee thereafter (deducted from your sales)
• Mail Check Fee: $2 each (only those that call and request a check)
