Position: Sales Person/Web Stylist  

Job Status: Part-Time

Sales/ Web Stylist  

Responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience i.e. offering assistance when needed; ensuring products are placed and sized appropriately on the floor and online-store; assuring that all customers have a quick and efficient cashier experience. Help build our brand one customer at a time and ultimately drive our business through sales. Must have strong store open/closing responsibilities, which requires a high degree of maturity and integrity. The ideal candidate should be authentic with an entrepreneurial spirit, have a genuine interest in youthful recycled goods and appeal, as well as a strong awareness of style and buying/pricing trends. Additionally, you must work well with others, have exceptional selling skills, be savvy about visuals, e-commerce, and operational aspects of the role. 

Responsibilities:  

• Be a Team Player  
• Ensure a high level of customer service through product knowledge, competitive pricing, and product ownership  
• Take ownership of the customer journey in your store – develop & maintain good customer relationships
• Model behavior that reflects Two Trolls core values  
• Appropriately manage conflict and take ownership of your part in the team dynamic  
• Demonstrate a high degree of maturity and integrity  
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive, and team-oriented  

• Perform store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing the registers, and securing the store  
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are maintained  
•  Accurately process all POS transactions and capture of customer information  
•  Adhere to all policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence  

Requirements:  

•  2yrs experience in a customer-driven retail environment preferred.  
•  Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.  
• Ability to lift (at least 30 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb, crawl, reach, and bend.  
• Availability and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, store openings, and closings, to meet the needs of the business.  
• Strong understanding of social media platforms    
• Excellent eye for photo styling and layouts  
• Some knowledge of PS is a plus
